Great products & EASY checkout!
Shopping was quick and easy. Only complaint, I wanted to use Pay Pal. When I went there and completed infomation, purchase price didn't show that I applied the free shipping promo code, so I was forced to use my credit card. Don't understand why that happened.
Received all but one item which is on back order and should be shipped shortly.

Horrible I ordered a gift for a friend because his dog past away it came in damaged and I called immediately and the said they would send me a new one it's now past Xmas Dec 27th and no replacement seriously u people suck I am very upset and un happy where is my replacement product!thanks for ruining my Xmas.If you are reading this I would think twice before I order something it takes FOREVER to arrive so if you don't mind waiting a week or longer have at it and word to the wise if it arrives damaged well that's a whole nother story you might be waiting even longer for a replacement...Good luck!
