Over all, I have always been happy with items I have bought from Collections. If something comes broken, which has only happened a couple times for me, they will replace them. Sometimes though, I like an item & want to order more for myself or family & discover they are out of them & probably won't be reordering them. That is so disappointing. They do ask when you try to order the item that is no longer available if you want to be notified if it comes in again. That is great customer service.

I expected to receive the items in the condition that they were shown in the catalog. I have been disappointed with a few of my purchases this year.
