The view kept switching from mobile to desktop and wouldn't combine my items in my cart. I switched to desktop view because when trying to order a red table lighted runner it wouldn't let me select the red color on the mobile view.
Got everything I ordered and it was on time. Like ordering from Collections, would be ordering again from them.
Bought the 2 dragonfly wall hangers for my Mom. She really loved them, she hung them on her bathroom wall to go with the pink roses curtains. They were bigger than I thought they would be.

The online is very user friendly. I have been a collections ' shopper for many yrs. Their products are very reasonable and they have a good selection.
I placed an order for three items and only two of the three arrived. I contacted customer service and told the representative of the situation. He seemed doubtful I was telling the truth, but in the end he told me that I would receive my item that I did not receive. I waited several days for my item, but I did not receive it. I once again contacted customer service and was told that the item that was missing from my order was no longer available. Needless to say I was quite disappointed that first, I did not receive my item, second, I was told I would receive the item, and third, after contacting customer service a second time after not receiving my item, I was told that the item was no longer available. This was a Christmas item that I was hoping to use for the holidays.
