Very good. Recently an item arrived damaged and they replaced it and I didn't have to send the damaged item back.

Everything was fine, got my order in a timely fashion, some of the things were a lil high priced but for the most part I was very happy, would recommend this company to anyone, was happy with products, everything was wrapped & shipped properly, I never get any coupons or promotions is my only complaint, but all in all very happy & will shop here again, Thank-you Brenda Inzana
I am very, very pleased with Collections Inc merchandise, service and shipping. I had ordered something from another company - the quality was horrible, the service and availability was even worse yet and it has been 30 days since I returned an item and I have yet to be credited the item though they acknowledged receipt of it. Collections Inc is a 10, the other company is a 1.
