Collections carries a unique variety of gift items at realistic prices and I am very pleased with everything so far. There was a delay in the delivery of one of the gifts so I contacted Collections and they had prepared a duplicate shipment to send. At the last minute the gift arrived and I contacted them again. Fortunately, they were able to cancel the second shipment. They apologized and handled the situation very professionally and to my complete satisfaction.
