The Fiber-Optic tree did not work on one side so I was disappointed and the garland didn't exactly cover the whole tree so I added some to it. I probably would not buy this product from you again but I like other products you have.

I was going to get 50% off shipping, but that raised every article I ordered to $1 more each article. I would nave saved 50cents if I would have taken the sale price and paid full price for shipping. I canceled the whole order.
I ordered this origonally back in October it did not come with the rest of that order, I contacted customer service and they said the recliner cover would be shipped imediately, that was in November. I had to be out of town form Dec 19 - Jan 2. I picked the item up from the post office on the third, when I opened the package I first noticed no directions as to how to attach the cover, second the fabric was very thin and there were no fasteners or way to secure the ends of the elastic. I finally tied the ends together. I have used in most of a day and find the only part that seems to stay in place is the foot rest cover, the arm covers come off the moment they are touched, the back and seat cover slide around and bunch up. I will keep this and hope I can perhaps sew the arm covers to the seat cover and see if this helps. I also saw that the price had been reduced while I was waiting on this peace and felt somewhat jipped.

Occasionally I've received items which were less than pictured on website. However, that is very seldom. Typically items I've purchased are as pictured and are wonderful. Love that I can find things on your site that I can't find anywhere else. I hate to fight the crowds and the parking hassle -- love to shop from home. I love your site :)
