I am still waiting for some items that my packing slip states are on back order. If shipping & handling did not cost so much I would order more frequently. While you do offer free or reduced shipping charges, you must order $40-or more. There are times that I would like to order a $10 or $20 item but due to the shipping it isn't economical to do so. If shipping were calculated by weight rather than by dollar amount, you would have more sales. Many of the items are very small and take very little in the way of postage but you still have to pay a high S&H charge.

I used to get your catalog by mail. I have not bought for some years so I thought I would check online. There it was... I just remember everything being only $14.99 and below.
All was very convenient for what I ordered delivered to our home & also, the savings on the free S&H for orders over $19 offer was great for all the gifts I sent to friends & family up North (5 different homes). Thank you very much!
My son and daughter-in-law loved the color & style of the rugs, However, they mentioned the fact that the rugs were slippery with no traction so they have to purchase something else to keep the rugs from slipping.
