Purchased 3 dog coats. None of them fit very good. Cheap china stuff.
The discount price did not show on my basket, so I deleted the item. I think it might reflect later in the process, that should be announced sooner. That would be my only suggestion so far.
Adding... after receiving many items ordered, they are nice but the guardian angel standing shadow is flimsy and plastic like. I hope it does not get destroyed outside... it claims to be for outdoor use. We did not get informed that the bracelet ordered was no longer available until too late and that was not good. The aprons are so cute in the picture, and they are cute but NOT as displayed and a big disappointment. I don't know how to improve that... I am going to try to starch and iron them before I give them out as gifts.

THE PET CARRIER IS HARD TO PUT A CAT INTO AS THE FLAP KEEPS FALLING DOWN. I AM UNABLE TO USE IT. THE KNEE PILLOW IS FINE.

Ever since you started using Pay Pal, the orders are held until useless, because Pay Pal will not release cash until you send shipping proof. Thus items do not arrive timely. I can tell from my pay pal account they are holding the money (waiting for shipping proof) your lame excuse the card would not clear is a lie. In addition now that I have 2 addresses, getting items shipped to proper address is a huge joke. You are close to an F when it comes to service, timely delivery, and quality is slipping.MA Siepert

Order arrived quickly. The socks I ordered will need to go back because they do not work and there were small chips in one of the serving tray dishes. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
Collections is my favorite catalog to order from. I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered.
They are so cute, and I like the stakes to put them in the ground.
