I purchased the solar butterflies, but rather than made from plastic dor outdoor use, they are made of paper! I don't want to spend the money to return them, so I feel stuck.

I placed this order. Got the order a lot faster than I thought I would. The items ordered where exactltY as ordered. Was vwey pleased with my order. My table cloth, my cardinal flag and my VAlances are beautiful. I was not as pleased with the flag set but I will use them,
I was expected not to pay shipping costs, since it did say free shipping on the catalogue. Disappointed, that it cost more than I expected.
The resting pad didn't like my cats, make noice because the plastic side at any move.
Most of the items in this order were repeats. I liked them so much the first time I ordered them that I ordered another for a gift or for myself. My repeat items were the Solar Hummingbird Light, the Colorful Double Spinner, and the Lace Trimmed Knit Dress.
Items received were as advertised in catalog. Items were delivered on or before their expected date of delivery.
I returned two of the three items I received and literally had to pay for shipping twice (as much as the cost of the items). They charged me twice for the same item (the one I kept). I now have to report fraud to my credit card. Doubt I will ever consider ordering from this place again.
Ups discarded original order after accident and have received replacement and billing resolved

We got the spread and it was to short. Have returned the spread on 06/02/2023 for a credit you should have received this by now

Absolute scam. I believe this company targets a specific demographic. No professionalism. Customer service is a nightmare. Every single person you speak with gives you different information about the exact same issue.
I would not recommend nor would I ever order anything from this scam based, over priced company again.
The shipping fees, surcharges and whatever else they charge are ridiculous and just another way to scam people out of money.
