Some of the items are a little flimsy and not well made. I would opt for higher quality and maybe a little higher pricing if necessary. Some of your items have fallen apart after just a little use. Your shipping is a little high.
My last comment involved personal Christmas purchases. Absolutely satisfied. This last purchase was for Christmas 2015 items for my staff. I had bought one of these for myself this Christmas at the already reasonable price. Bought next year's staff gifts on sale. Can't beat Collections for quality, delivery, and price. Please keep up your good work.
