Problem was that i was supposed to get free shipping but couldn't put the code in when i tried to call the customer service is closed due to the pandemic (understandably not your fault) but I still haven't heard from anyone to refund my shipping fees. Today everything was available. Last night when I wanted to order, that did not happen can I could have gotten 15 per cent off plus free shipping. So I cancel my order, cause I did not have 3 items and I had to pay shipping.
I reorder some items and more and received my order. Customer service was not answering the ph at that time that's why I cancel the 1st order cause I could not talk with anyone to fix it
