I always read the comments before I order. Saves me from buying things I may not like. Some of the pictures appear differently than they really are and especially the colors are not exactly the same as they seem. Not sure why but I have ordered things that are really off. Usually am satisfied but not always.
I am ordering this sirt for the second time, the first on never arrived at the home.
Easy to purchase. I ordered on December the 23 and had to call in January to check on where my order was because it had not arrived,but my checking account had been debited. I think there had been some kind of delay with my order, something like it was somehow lost or caught in the system. I did get my order quickly after my phone call. Things do happen, that can delay, due to some mishap.

Can be frustrating with the sizing but most of the quality of the merchandise is very good and I shop here quite often. You get an "A"!
I haven't shopped at Collections for quite some time. Looking forward to more shopping in the near future. Out of all the items I ordered, I was only disappointed with one item, the Lighted Christmas Ball. I found the quality for the price of the Ball to be lacking, not at all what I expected. I will add more decorations to the ball before I display it next year. I have already placed another large order with Collections Etc. and I'm looking forward to receiving it soon. All in all, I'm a "happy shopper".
