Disappointed a couple items had sold out within one hour of my submitting my order to you. Online website said they were in stock and after I placed my order, said they were sold out, but the description of the item still said shipping out 12/31/14. Don't understand that at all.
Ships promptly and accurately. On my current order received, for 4 miniature flashlights, one was defective and I returned it. I'm waiting to see how your company handles this - either replace the flashlight, or issue a credit - either one would be OK
I buy from Collections frequently and have had mostly good experiences. When there is an issue with an order, the customer care is fantastic. Products are priced well, and usually meet or exceed expectations.
