Item was back ordered and the email stated to reply if I wanted to cancel the order, but did not give a deadline for response. I replied several days before item was scheduled to be shipped and was informed I could not cancel. I refused the item at the door, let's see who was most efficient at handling this cancellation now!

Collections is a great place to shop. I got a ped egg for my feet. It doesn't work very well.

The first time I used the tablecloth I purchased there was a grease stain (think). I have pre-conditioned the tablecloth and washed it three times and the stain won't come out. Can't imagine what kind of fabric would hold a stain. I'm so disappointed as I liked the cloth and the color. Any suggestions?
