I find CollectionsEtc. To be customer friendly and very willing to accept returns if a product is unsatisfactory. However, except for one incident everything I have purchased has been as expected and I've been pleased.
My most recent purchase was a "bird"-themed small lamp which perfectly matches the curtains in my office and is just the right height for my reading chair. Love it!

When it takes45 to qualify for free shipping, it is frustrating when items are i.e.14.99, so you have to find something to add the.03.

I absolutely love the metal wall art I purchased from Collections, Etc.

The Joy Drapery panel in white, AWE******* was a bit damaged with either a pencil or sharpie 5/6 inch mark across the upper right side of one of the panels. Also the lace inserts were not sew straight across. Other than that then are okay.

I am VERY pleased with my order! The items arrived early and in perfect condition due to expert packaging! I would HIGHLY recommend Collectionsetc to my family and friends.

When I ordered the items it appeared they were in stock. When I called to see where my order was I was told that they were on back order and as soon as they come in the order would be shipped.

Great products at great prices. I'm hardly ever disappointed in my purchases. The lighted grapevine garlands were a disappointment - sparse grape leaves and grapes - but most items are really nice.
