I loved everything that I ordered (5 items in all). I opened the boxes to make sure everything was ok and that nothing was broken. I resealed all the items and put them away for next Christmas.

Everything I've ordered lately had been more than timely.

Need better filters on web site

I love to have the product but I was in a way disappointed that you had to put it together. The Led lights were not enough to decorate it. It should have come also with some type of decorative filing inside around the branches, such as tan color like they have in craft stores. Not moss but something. It would make it's appearance much more nicer. I also felt the price was to high.

You get what you pay for. Details in the "Mini" furniture is great.

Fast and easy

I had already purchased some curtains but decided to get another one. I was very happy with the ones I chose. The order came quickly and they were on sale. I will purchased from Collections again.

I have been buying from this company for a while and thought I was getting the items for the price that was shown but I didn't. Why?

It was very upsetting to have the catalog enclosed with the order with the same item for $5.00 less than I paid.

Great products & prices - and, everything is easy to find.

Aside from routine items that can be found on various sites, Collections Etc. has some unique items that I cannot find anywhere else.
Collection Etc. is generally lower than their competition's price on like items.
My items are always well packed and arrive quickly.
If I have questions or need assistance they have great customer service.

I have always been satisfied with the products I have purchased, I have recommended at least at a dozen customers to you.
