I just mailed everything back to you which was a great expense to me. The bedspread had a yellow looking background that just looked drab and not attractive. The shams were mailed back because they matched the bedspread. The compression sleeve was extremely small. I use things for compression so I understand they have to be tight but that would be impossible to use. I will be looking for my money to be refunded to my Pay Pal account.

I had ordered 3 items and only received two of them and one had a big scratch on it where a piece had come loose. I was amazed with the customer help rep...she didn't question me. She simply ordered the item missing to be sent and also a new plaque for the one that was scratched. I did not have to even send back the defective plaque. I have been shopping with Collections for several years, but buy very little since retirement, and they still treated me great.

Collections has a good variety of items you can't find anywhere else.i just wish that collections would bring back certain items that has been sold out so that i can get them. Like the santa fe hanging basket.(not sure that this is the right name)other items i have sent my e-mail for items that has been sold out. Still waiting patiently for these items. Collections should continue to carry the most popular items that people want, and not just sell out, and no longer carry that item. I know i have went without on many items in the past and could not get them ever again. Collections,need to carry the woodland,rock shelves,as they go with anything and any decor.also, the santa fe, hanging basket, with the chain and hook, great for indoor decor with artificial wines or as a planter on a patio, these 2 items come to mind, as, i'm still hoping collections will carry them again. Also, the hothouse for growing plants would be nice.

Shopping, prices & products are great but it seems I almost always have to find another (inexpensive) item to buy because my total order is just a few cents short of the minimum to get free shipping. That aside, I had ordered three Madison Drapery Panels in gold that were on sale. Since I had been shopping around for these drapes I knew they were a great price when I saw them & the color gold was just what I needed. They are well made & the bedroom I hung them in looks fantastic now. These drapery panels are designed to darken the room & make it cooler when it's hot out. I am very pleased with my purchase!
