I contacted Collections because the inflatable snowman's head was not facing forward but to the side. I was told not to return it and a new one would be sent. I received it, it is perfect. I want to thank everyone involved for all their help in completing my "complaint" in an efficient manner.

I have always enjoyed my experience with this company.

Great. My purchases were sent to my Mother in Massachusetts as Christmas and Birthday gift ( little late) She really loved all three. They were delivered exactly when Collections said they'd be there. I used my debit card and have had no problems what so ever. I certainly will be ordering from them again and again.

Collections always has great products at a great price. Ordering on line is quick and easy and you receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

I was disappointed with the quality of the materials used in the product. It looked cheap to me. I would rather pay more and get a satisfactory product. I read the previous customer responses and felt secure enough to order, but I will be returning. I appreciate the quickness in receiving the order, however.
