My overall experience was good but I thought it was a little strange that the doll stands were sent out before the dolls. They were a gift for my niece's birthday and I would think that they would all be sent out together.

This was the second order that I have been disappointed with the product. The first was an outdoor product that didn't last even one month. That was 4 years ago. You replaced it and the second one lasted even a shorted period than the first. This stand that I received will not hold up except with a few hangers and then if you touch it one or more poles will collapse.
Six years ago I purchased an owl watch on a chain. That has been a real joy and is just now beginning to lose a few minutes a day. It has been more pleasure than anything I have had.
