I would have given a 5 star rating except that I could not get from the offer to join your club for 14.95 to checkout. There was no way I could find to refuse this offer and continue. So I left your website. Glad you followed up. This time I was able to refuse the offer and continue. If it happens again I will assume it is your policy to make it difficult for folks to refuse and I will stop using your company.
I received my 3rd order yesterday and was very unhappy to find that they replaced or incorrectly sent men's loun pants instead of the lounging dress I ordered. No explanation just a product I did not order and do not want.
I bought a very nice cut out metal horse design for wall hanging. The price was appropriate for the item. It was hinged in the middle for easier mailing and handling, but I knew that from previous comments. Our son loved it and we were pleased with the purchase.
