I hadn't ordered from Collections, etc for a while and am so glad to have discovered it again. The entire process from ordering to delivery was quick and easy. I am a satisfied customer.
First time order did not gave me discount shipping
I have not washed and ironed it yet, but have reservations about how it will come out. Feel it may be hard to iron and wrinkle badly... but maybe not.
The Screws that came with the shoe bench were the wrong size I had to purchase the correct screws at a hardware store. I am very lucky my husband is a handy man. He probably could of built me a better one. I thought I was getting a product a normal person could put together. Now I owe my hubby a big dinner!

I very much liked the bird feeder (but only the little sparrows can use it. The holes between the bars are too small for the cardinals and woodpeckers). It does keep the squirrels out of it, and that was the original objective. I also loved the aluminum clothes pins.
However, I ordered a box of 4 puzzles at the same time, back in April, and I still have not received them. Now they tell me it will sometime in July at the earliest that I will receive them. Also, they were a bit much in price (at $5.00 per puzzle / $20 for the box of 4 puzzles - 500 pieces each). But they were pictures of birds, which I loved. It is hard to get puzzles with decent pics on them.
I have placed at least 5 orders with Collections Etc. in the last 2 months or so. Giving me just the order number is no help to determine if I have received that order or not. Once I receive an order and I plan to keep it, I toss or delete any information on that order. Since I have only one outstanding order with Collections and the order number you gave is not that order number, then I am assuming I received the order you stated, though I have no idea what the order was. In my opinion, your question was useless to me. Sorry.
