Quality of product is good and the service and time line is good but the quality of the outer packaging of the items could better.the packaging of each item is packaged well. It is the outer box and the final taping of it that is not good.the outer box is usually damaged and the taping is loose. This may need to be looked at to improve that overall shipping...
