Have enjoyed dealing with them - They make online shopping very easy.

My ONLY complaints have always been the length of time it takes to receive the items and the return policies on some items. Other than that, I have been very pleased as a Collections Etc. shopper!

I use the Catalog to view the items then buy on-line... easier that way.

I'm happy you finally accepted my Virtual Visa card. I must have typed in incorrect number before.

I usually have no problems when I shop and order.

It was very quick and easy, No problems.

I ordered some rose pink frameless candles. There were three in the order, and two of them didn't work. I called customer service, and they replaced the candled free of charge. The new ones work fine.

I called your 24/7 customer service and there was a wait time of over 30 minutes! Not happy.:-(

The valances were even prettier than pictured. Used two above patio door, and one at kitchen window. They go perfect with bird theme in family room and the dishwasher magnet I ordered.
