This site continually refuses to recognize my password. A customer service agent helped me with that, but it took time I sisn' have.

For the money, your items are quite nice. I like the variety, the seasonal categories, and the sales.

The Wobble Wag Giggle ball for my dog was a big hit. My dogs could hardly wait for me to get it out of the box. I am glad I found it at your store. I need to add, the postal worker was a little bothered by the noise inside the box. Lol They understood when I told them, it was a toy for my dogs.

Great items & service.

I used Coll Etc before w/no difficulties. Now I can't understand the employee and then need to phone in again for the security code. It used to be a simple process! Why make it harder.
