Enjoy browsing your catalogs. When ordering and items are in stock, delivery is very quick.
Box came severely damaged. UPS Driver took picture of box before he loaded on truck for delivery. Opened box in his presence and contents seemed to be OK, but some packages inside box did show outward signs of damage. Did open and unpack all individual items and found them to be OK. The shipping box had much open space that allowed contents to shift and the box itself to crush with the weight of other packages. Some interior packing would have helped. Holes in box were big enough to allow contents to escape, but none did not.
I have bought a lot of items from Collections Etc. and have been very happy with all of them.
