My shopping with Collections Etc. is always a wonderful experience.
So far it was an easy navigation experience. The reviews on the pet carrier where correct as it is not as sturdy as the other 2 I bought several years ago from you but since my cats are so big being Maine Coon Cats, I have to be able to pull them and it will be fine for the few trips to Doctor and grooming during the year.

I have gotten many wonderful items from your company for many years. I feel the quality of your clothing has gone down hill and have been dissatisfied with several items. (I got them at very low prices and did not want to deal with returning and just put them in Good Will. I get very stressed when you advertise that a group of items has been reduced a certain percentage and I find maybe one item that has been reduced. I usually check prices every email you send and there are some items I might like but do not feel they are worth the quoted price, so watch for them to go on sale. I have a very good memory of the prices and also not when you lower a price on one email and then raise it on the next. I don't think I am the only one who notices these things and at some point one begins to think we buyers are stupid and you think you can put things over on us. This leads to not wanting to purchase from you.
On the whole I love Colletions Etc, but these are a few things that bug me and I feel I am doing you a service by telling you about them.
I have not received my order yet. According to my recent bank statement, they approved payment but I still haven't received my order. Where is it?
I've been waiting for these to come back, I have a sidewalk that has sunk and when it rains these keep me out of the water. I keep them down all year around and discovered something wonderful this winter. They keep an air pocket under them that keeps the snow from sticking to them. I shovel and I'm down to safe footing immediately.
They are just Assume what can I say!
It is nice to sit with a cup of coffee in your lounge clothing and look through the items slowly without being bothered by anyone ~~~ items so far seem to be well worth the price ~~~ we have quite a few of your items in our home ~~~ either ordered by us or given to us as gifts ~~~ enjoying them very much ~~ keep up the good work and screen your products for only the good ones ~~~
