I purchased the Butterfly patio mat. It was so flimsy I could not even get the fold creases out so it would lay flat.
I called and the customer service person said they would send a mailing lable. They said I would not have to pay for the return. I sent it back and when they received it they sent me an e-mail that they were taking $7.99 for the return shipping from my refund. I called and they said a "committee" said that I would have to pay it. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH COLLECTIONS! I used to love shopping there, not anymore!

I found the exact item I have been looking for here and ordered it. Was excited when it arrived-but not for long. It was so flimsy it would not hold saucers or plates. No matter what I tried it would collapse in the middle due to the poor quality of the plastic. I threw it in the garbage. Wasted my $$.

So far so good. I haven't seen the product yet. After receiving the product (shower curtain) I was a little disappointed because the polyester shower curtain is not water proof. It works fine, but if the water is aimed directly at it, it goes right through. I prefer to use curtains that are washable, as this one is, but do not like to use a plastic liner. However, it dries fast and looks good and I am satisfied enough with is to use it. Just had to let my husband know to be careful aiming the shower!
