This is for you info only - I am not registering a complaint BUT you should know that I previously ordered on the phone to have my order shipped to my niece in Maryland BUT instead of sending to her the order person changed my acct to her address & then did not send the pkg at all. Therefore, I am ordering this on-line to be shipped to my address and I will pay the postage expense plus I'll incur the inconvenience of driving to the post office myself. Usually I get excellent service. Also, when I called Collections, Etc. today no one answered the automated answering although I was on hold for 15 minutes. I've bought from Collections etc. before and I am generally pleased with what I buy, that being said you get what you pay for and the items are not expensive so they are not the best quality. The few items that I have bought that did not work Collections sent me replacement items and that was great. This last item I am uncertain of, I bought it as a gift for a friend but I wasn't sure I was happy with the quality, it was a book on a stand with the serenity prayer on it. Her and I love that prayer and you can rarely find it in its entirety, so I was very happy when I found it, however when I received it the back part that is supposed to be the cover of the book was unfinished and the stand was not of the best quality, so I told her if she wants me to return it I will so; I am waiting to hear from her.
