The Micro Bionic hearing aids did not work-we sent an email for a return authorization number which we never received. I also cancelled the puzzle set (which was stated as in stock when ordered) because it was back ordered for two months. I tried calling the customer service and could not get through and email correspondence was slow and not helpful. I will probably never order from this business again.
Didn't receive l set of patriotic rose bushes that was ordered and charged regular price as the sale price is 12.99 and e-mailed customer service about this asking for a refund on 1 set and the difference in price 2 times and have heard nothing as of today 0520.

The product we received (trellis) had a few very minor parts missing. These were plastic loops that I expect are supposed to give a climbing plant purchase. They really are not needed. I let them know and they had a replacement sent before I could stop them. GREAT customer service!
