I had some trouble with a jacket that I had bought. I contacted the customer service dept. and they promptly sent me a return label. I buy items from Collections often and am never disappointed in their service.

I've purchased from Collections Etc. for years and always had a good experience. The only problem I've had is when I've tried to order over the phone. I have a Texas accent and some of the people taking the orders don't speak very good English, so we have communication problems. I've found ordering over the internet much easier.

Always enjoy my shopping with you. Easy, very nice things. Have always liked all items I receive. All are better in person.
