The purchase qualified for free shipping and it took 3 tries before the free shipping was applied.
When I received my shipment 1 of the items were missing and I needed to call customer service to have it reshipped.
I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Collections. Items always shipped as scheduled. All items arrived undamaged and were carefully packed. I especially like their dolls and look often for new ones to arrive.

I've ordered form you before, but this time I was not happy with the item and returned it. I was given a prompt refund although I was not happy about having to pay quite a bit for the return postage...it was nearly 1/2 of the cost of the item I returned...not happy!
