Ordered 2 dishwasher magnets (for different seasons) and a decorative door mat. Collections, Etc. is a great way to brighten up your home for minimal cost. Have already recommended the website to a friend!
Did not received an item that I paid for. Representative acted like I was lying and wanted to know if there was another item in the box that I didn't pay for. Her attitude was horrible. I just wanted what I paid for not trying to rip anybody off. Have ordered from Collections for years and this was the first time I never received an item. I have had items that were broke and went through the same type of attitude with representative with customer service. Probably not buying anything anymore from Collections. Sorry.
Never received the products ordered. Credit card was charged for the items I ordered, but not received in 20 days.
The mesh door panels are disappointing. In the past the stabilizing bar was all one piece, it is now very cheesily in three pieces. I am not pleased! I plan to return them to you, even if I have to pay postage, and I do expect to receive credit. Everything else is ok.

Overall, pretty good but had to make 2nd call to CS for return label, (for color clash issue) love the quick shipping, & product selection literally something for everyone.
I am very happy with everything I ordered this time and a couple of the items look even better than in the book!

I have been ordering for a few years & I have never been disappointed of things I have purchased. Now with this last 2 orders you say it was shipped, and have gotten some but not all. Order was on 3-2-15 & 3-5-15. Did not recieve first one until like 14th or later. The product I like; the shipping has not been good. Thank You Debra
