It has been fine. I appreciate the 50% off on shipping, but don't remember having to pay a processing fee before, so I really only had $2 savings.
The item we ordered was missing pieces I called customer service and the girl was so nice and sweet and took care of the problem quickly. I do think that shipping is too long it was a very long time for the orginal item to ship out most places I order from ship either the same day or next it was about four days till our item shipped. Then they use that stupid fedex or ups where it goes from them to the postoffice and that takes so much more time they should either just use regular fedex or ups or just send it through the postal service they would get here much faster.

I have been slowly turning the inside of my home into a cabin. I shop online at collectionsetc.com for unique lodge/cabin decor. I finally found the perfect drawer pulls here at Collectionsetc.com. I ordered just two sets at first for the down stairs, liked them so much, I ordered two more sets to finish the whole house. I will continue to check this site for more lodge/cabin items that are unique and at a reasonable price to many of the other websites. Thanks to Collectionsetc.com, I can continue to decorate until I have my dream "cabin"!
Products are always good quality
Most of the problems I have had is with check out and paying my bill. The last time I left items in my cart was because my "free shipping disappeared when I wanted to pay with Pay Pal. I had over $45.00 and I was suppose to get free shippinf and the free shipping disappeared when I tried to pay by Pay Pal. Also I thought I joined your member discount club but I also did not get a 10% discount on a non-sale item. Am I not a member. I thought I paid $25.00 for a 2 year membership? I am not happy about your check out.
My granddaughter loved the bedspread and curtains said it was the nicest bedroom she had.
