I have never had any problems with buying from Collections. I had one incident occur and it was resolved as soon as someone read my email.
The order before this one, I didn't receive an item. I sent an email and they promptly replied and sent the item out same day. I was very happy with that service. But this last order it seemed to have taken a lot longer to process than usual. My daughter from England had ordered some items to take back with her and we knew from past orders we had plenty of time to order and get it in but we received it the day she was flying out. Which was about 2 weeks from the time I ordered. But overall I am satisfied with the products etc... and will continue to order from you.

It was easy. I had no problems. Although, everything I ordered won't be shipped until 14 days. I received my order and The Mermaid tolet paper holder and the Seahorse toilet paper holder are exactly what I expected, as are the blue shell LED candles. They will go great in a beach themed room. In fact, the Mermaid tolet paper holder looks so nice we might use it as a statue instead of a tolet paper holder. Thank you.
Shipping time commendable, all things came in good condition. I'm already planning my next purchases thru you. There was an issue with an add for free shipping from another service provider that I must not have responded correctly but it had nothing to do with you folks.
