Your "free shipping" is misleading. I don't want a "membership." I also was not awarded a 10% discount. This is a mother's day present. BC of your "advertising," I won't be ordering from you again. I ordered on May 1st in time for Mother's Day and it came 7 days after Mother's Day. Also, the 17.99 bed jacket that I ordered, ended up costing over $31 bc of your outrageous shipping fees and lack of 10% discount.

There was just no communication as far as shipping or processing, I was expecting to receive emails with this information. This was a Mother's Day gift and it arrived after, which is understandable considering the current situation, overall I was happy with it

I'm not sure which items this refers to: I received part of my order, but not all of it.

You always have what I'm looking for. For example, the outdoor thermometer.

I ordered the collapsible drink container with the spout, the spout is missing. Can you please send me this piece as soon as possible? Would really appreciate it.

Veryhappy with my purchases

It was very nice

Ordered a housecoat and three gowns for my Mom (Mother's Day gift). Received the housecoat, two gowns and an additional item that I did not order (lace front palazzo pants). Contacted CS to find out how to switch the item received for the actual item ordered. The only response was a notice saying the third gown had been shipped, but that was quite a while ago and I still have not received it.

My bedspread and shams were perfect, but was put on backorder for a month. I was going to order something else and it was on back order for 2 months. That's not good.

The website is easy to navigate. Overall the products are as described but the quality of certain products is lacking.
