Quick and easy to find and purchase what I was looking for.
I went on line to order and could not complete the order at that time. When I reordered the same items it was almost a ten dollar difference. I was told that a credit would be issued so that I could use it the next time I ordered and I never received it, This isn't the first time this has happened and when I called to see why I had not receive it I was told they didn't have any noted. I found the customer service person VERY rude! The items, however, that I have ordered and received (and there have been many) have been perfect. Some even exceeding my expectations! My friends think I have spent tons on my purchases because of the high quality. Fooled Them! But the variations in one order to the next and no follow through on the credit was not a pleasant experience.
I have never had a problem with collections etc.

The only problem I had is I couldn't use my 15% and my free shipping had to use one or the other so I really wasn't getting anything or any kind of discount since they both equal the same amount.
Still waiting for order items ordered. Was not told these were out of stock. If I don't get some confirmation soon will cancel order
