I am very happy with all the products that I received from Collections, Etc.
I ordered a personalized snowman cup with 3 names on it. I thought it would only have 3 snowmen on it since I only wanted 3 names on it. I called customer service, and she agreed with me. So, she re-ordered it, and it came incorrectly the second time. It has many snowmen on it and 3 of them have names. This is NOT how it is described. 3 names should equal 3 snowmen.
Then, I ordered several key chains--dog tag style/stick figures with personalization. One of these is incorrect. It should have been Peyton--girl and Parker--boy. It was backwards. This is 2 mistakes in a row. I am aggravated.
