So far I,m very happy with the products, service, and shipping that Collections has provided to me

So far I have been satisfied with the merchandise I have bought in the past and I trust that today's purchases will also fit the bill.

Product did not arrive with all parts. Missing cover to protect wedge. Advised by customer service that would receive a merchandise certificate for value of item purchased but would not receive missing part.
Is OK but would have liked to have the protective cover.

Some items on this site are very good quality for the price. Others are a "little cheap looking" & not as high quality. So watch what you buy and read the small print.

I am usually always satisfied with products, prices and prompt service. Of course products vary and some are not as satisfactory as others. However, I have never received an item that I wanted to return. I did receive a broken item once and the person at customer service was very courteous and helpful. A replacement was received promptly. Can't beat prices and services.
