Some items are great/worth the price/great value but then other products are cheap/price too high/come broken or break/quit working very soon. It's frustrating that all products are not good quality or are smaller than picture shows

I have been shopping with this company for many years. That being said, one can assume I have no complaints! Always satisfied with the exception of 1 item, the hand held steamer, it didn't work, wouldn't heat up. By the time I got around to trying it out, it was too late to return, so I had to eat the cost of that item. Other then that, I have been satisfied with my purchases. I guess I should add that some of the solar items are not as bright as I would like them to be, but the item itself (and I've bought many!) are always pleasing to the eye, so not worthy of a complaint. Thank you for offering so many great items!

I received the replacement light but now I can't get the lights to work. Only one light lights up. I am very disappointed in this product, and very frustrated. I have never had such problems with your products before.
