Love Collections Etc.! I usually find good products for a great value. The curtains I purchased were exactly what I was looking for. They look beautiful in my dining room. The only thing that I didn't like we're the long threads that were hanging from the ends of some of the valances. Even though those came from the edges being stitched, I had to cut them off. Just hope the seams don't come apart the next time I wash them. Overall, these are just beautiful. I would recommend them and purchase them again if necessary.

I think collectionsetc.com has the prettiest items I've bought so many, many items from them for years and years. If I ever had a problem with an item, customer service was quick to take care of it, to my satisfaction. I've spent a fortune on this site as their products are really nice (for the most part) sometimes you might receive something that's not what you thought it would be, or it might come damaged, but like I said customer service is really good at taking care of any problems*****

I would have given you guys a five star rating but I don't like it when you post something and indicate that you have 29 left but then when I order it, I get a message at check out that indicates the item is sold out. That is deceiving and disappointing. I have bought quite a bit from you guys and wish you could fix this online and next time, I'll give you a 5 star rating.
A 16.99 item ended up costing me almost twice as much, because I returned it for another size. First I got a refund, which I didn't ask for, in the amount of 9.00, then I ask to cancel the order, they said it couldn't be done. ( It hadn't been shipped yet) Then I was charged another 16.99 for the smaller size, and it was shipped. I won't be shopping with you again.
