I love shopping with collections etc. I have bought many items and use them often. The only problem I've experience is that it took a great deal of time to get back authorization to return an item that was too big...still waiting for the authorizations and its been 6 days.

I have ordered many times in the past with satisfaction. This time I called to get a return label to exchange the size of a shirt I ordered. I was told it would cost me the shipping charge of approx. $6 to return the shirt. Since I already paid the original shipping and was exchanging not returning, I didn't feel that was appropriate. What if I was returning something for poor quality, would I have to pay then? I will not pay to exchange this item as the cost was already $15.For that amount, plus the original shipping, plus the exchange shipping I will purchase locally. I felt there were some unique items in your catalog, worth their price. But I will not be shoppinh with you again.
