No complaints. All is good.
Product was as advertised. Customer service is terrible. First call resulted in a hang up. Second call resulted in a 6 minute hold then a hangup. Third call resulted in agent telling me to look online. If info I was looking for was online. I wouldn't have had to waste my time calling customer service.

I got charged for shipping my order which was to arrive in 3 day. I didn't get it until a month later.
The least they could have done was rebate my shipping charge.
The only part I did not like is that Fed Ex was the shipper - they are terrible, the order was left at our front entry door where anyone can pick it up. I have tried to complain to Fed Ex but no effort was made to change - I cannot order anything else from you if they deliver because I may not even get it because they are careless in deliveries.
