Occasionally the site is unresponsive and it is not always easy to figure out what it wants you to change in order to comply with what it requires. But all in all not bad.

Couple credit cards tried to use did not go through, was very frustrating as I have used them before with no problems, you should have an online customer service representative that a person can talk to on line.

All went well on the site. I had no trouble finding the items I wanted. I would rather shop this method then use snail mail. Collections Etc. always has such useful products. I find I shop with them more then most online companies.

I HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOU BEFORE, JUST HOPE PRODUCTS ARE GOOD. I was unhappy with the little sock thing for my swollen feet because I certainly thought it would be a pair instead of just one. I can't remember seeing anything in print about that.

$.97 was added to every item in my cart before I could get to check out to complete my purchase.As a result I had to delete some items when prices went up. I was emailed a 15% off coupon which I was not allowed to use.A mysterious1.95 fee appeared at bottom of invoice so between that and.97 for each item that's approx.6 overcharged. If this happens to every customer...wow!
