The shipping and processing fee is too high. Why do you even have processing fee in the first place? I don't remember ever having to pay for that before!?

My current order total came to $39.98. I applied for free shipping for $40 but was told that since I was two cents shy, I didn't qualify. I guess you have to draw the line somewhere, but for two cents, I would have pleased the customer.
