Your items are different than you find in stores. I've bought many items from you and was very satisfied with them all.

One item that I ordered is on back order and will not arrive until July 2015. That is totally unsatisfactory to wait for 3 months to receive an item that I ordered. I canceled that item and this is not making your company having a very good reputation.

Product are cute and reasonably priced. Received the first item with damage I have every received from Collections, It was minor damage and I felt no need to return. I have otherwise always been satisfied with the items I have received.

The touch lamps were smaller then I expected. The remaining items were alright.

I buy a lot of things from this company. And I have always been happy with what I buy. Until now, as they had no record of my purchase, even though I got a receipt with a conformation number. So I did reorder, except some of the items were no longer available. But the order did go through. So I will try them again some day.

Just what I was looking for & the price is right. Three of the items I received will have to be returned for larger sizes. Was very disappointed to find the sizing not accurate.
