I have purchased several items and have been very satisfied. This time I purchased two furniture covers and they were not what I expected (material had a shine to it, expected more quilted). I also ordered two pillow covers, nautical and loved them. Placed the order with my return info. Have not received confirmation of this order? Also, not happy with the 7.99 charge for returning item, somehow when you pay to ship initially there should not be a charge for returns if returned in a reasonable length of time and in original packaging. I find the prices in collections to be very reasonable, and enjoy the catalogues.
Disappointed that I didn't get the 15% off today as the ad said!

I have always shopped Collections for outdoor and holilday decorations. Very seldom am I disappointed.
Love shopping on line just wish you could buy more made in America products. I got one piece that was totally unusueable it was the one with the butterflies. I wiould have to look up the exact number of it but not one of the butterflies fit on any of the spots where they are supposed to be. Not a good product at all u need to stop selling it. I usually look at the remarks but failed to do so on this item.
