I have ordered from CollectionsEtc. Both online and from the catalog by mail. Every time the ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and the merchandise was of good quality. CollectionsInc. Is my favorite site to find unique items at a bargain price.

I like my products. And I know it isn't collections' fault but the shipping to my residence took much longer than ever before. I don't know if it was because they were small packages that were in an envelope. The packages that come in a box arrive much faster.

You are one of the few places that charge an extra handling fee at checkout which I was not too pleased about. Just add a few cents more onto item prices so that people do not have a surprise at checkout!
