I've been ordering for about a year now, and have been pleased with everything!
I received one of two items ordered. The second item is on backorder -- shipment expected early July.
The only two negatives I've found shopping through Collections, Etc. website are:
1. The website is "quite temperamental", seems to "freeze" frequently, forcing me to re-enter items into Shopping Cart.
2. Availability of item for shipping did not appear until Checkout. Most other shopping sites clearly identify "Back-order" or "Out of stock" when the item is added to basket.
Everything I have ordered over the years from Collections I have been very pleased with.

I wasn't told an item would be back ordered until I received package & then was told it would be end of July before getting it
You've lowered the prices, so I purchased. Plus no shipping charge. Yippee
The product is not very sturdy and the metal is real soft. I put a little pressure on it while setting the top and it bent the peg in front of the cart. When I bent it back, it broke. Lots of glue and several zip ties, I reattached it.
I like the pictures, that I got! I don't like your post lights, they don't have the quality for any price, they would not match up at the tabs, It wasn't even worth sending it back, because I would be paying shipping; but that was from another order they are still sitting in my closet!
Product usually looks like the picture. This was a flower that only came as a stick which was fine.

I thought I had ordered a solar powered item for my yard and it was only the ornamental pieces. That was disappointing. The curtains looked great in my bathroom.
