My previous order had an item that was too large, a dog sweater, so I wanted to just return it for a smaller size, but the way I read the return policy, it said7.99 would be deducted for returning it. I feel like that is too high, since the item was only11.99. I ordered the size based on the instructions, but it was just too big for me to even try to alter it. I loved both items, but I am gonna contact customer service regarding returning the large dog sweater, and see if I am understanding it right. Based on what I find out, my opinion and passing on how this company handles this, will determine what my grade is. Thanks.
