Good overall however when I got to checkout, several items in my cart (and which showed as available on product page) caused the final checkout to return with an error message stating items were out of stock. I deleted the items and then went back to the product page and in each case the description showed "3 available" or "2 available" and I made sure the quantity I now put in my cart was less than what was stated. Same result. Someone should sync the product page with the checkout process.
I always enjoy shopping at CollectionsEtc. Due to my limited income I have to wait til items go on sale before I can purchase & free shipping helps a lot. I can always find something helpful, useful, & beautiful at your website.
Service was great, quality, good, I'm enjoying what I got
I had to return the Love Seat cover because it was way too small. It was fitted on the back and arms, which would have helped to hold it in place. It would not stretch to fit the back of my love seat. Very Disappointed.
